I'm a designer who codes — the unusual pairing that shapes how Labs delivers. My background is in brand systems, visual identity and digital craft, combined with modern front-end and full-stack engineering. I've spent years shipping work that's both considered and production-grade.

At TechPavitra, I lead brand and digital. TechPavitra Labs is our software-development practice — production-grade websites, web apps and SaaS MVPs for founders, small businesses, agencies and creators. We also accept commercial briefs through Upwork and PeoplePerHour; the same quality bar applies across every channel.

Every engagement is led hands-on by me: scope, design, build, ship. When a project needs a specialist — a backend engineer, a particular integration, illustration, copy — I pull from a curated network of long-term collaborators. No hidden layers. Questions, answered plainly.

Are you an agency or a freelancer?

Neither label fits cleanly — we're a principal-led software studio. Rajni (our principal) leads every engagement hands-on, with a curated network of specialists brought in when scope requires it. You get the accountability of working with one senior person, and the depth of a small team when the project calls for it.

Why Cloudflare / Vercel / Supabase / Neon instead of WordPress?

Serverless stacks give you 10× the speed and a quarter of the hosting cost, with no plugins to patch. Your site stays up, loads instantly, and scales without you thinking about it. For marketing sites and most apps, it's simply a better deal.

How do fixed-scope engagements work if requirements change?

Each tier has clearly defined scope. If you need more — extra pages, a new feature, another integration — we quote the add-on up-front before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice. Larger scope-changes are handled via a written change-order.

Do you take on longer engagements or retainers?

Yes. Our Care / Core / Partner retainer tiers (from $99 to $599/mo) cover ongoing work — edits, content, A/B tests, analytics, new features. Many clients start with a Launch or Product build and move to a retainer afterwards.

Do I own the code and the hosting accounts?

Yes — on day one. Code lives in your GitHub (we can host it for you if you'd prefer). The site deploys to your Cloudflare / Vercel account. You can walk away with everything whenever you like.

Do you do design too, or just development?

Both. The studio is led by a designer — so design is not an afterthought. You get design in Figma, approved before a single line of code is written.

Can agencies hire you as a specialist partner?

Yes. We regularly work as a trusted build-partner for design studios and marketing agencies that need production-grade front-end or full-stack delivery. NDA / white-label arrangements available on request.

What about SEO, analytics, emails?

Included from Launch upwards. We set up analytics (Plausible or GA4), search indexing, Open Graph images, transactional emails via Resend — whatever the project needs.

Can you take over an existing WordPress / Wix site?

Yes. Migration to a serverless stack is one of our specialties. Usually faster, cheaper to run, and with better Core Web Vitals. We quote migrations as Product or Bespoke engagements depending on complexity.
