Hi — I'm Rajni Sharma. I run TechPavitra Labs out of Delhi, India. I've been shipping software for clients across the UK, US, EU and Australia for over a decade — starting in graphic design and branding, moving steadily through WordPress and WooCommerce, then into serverless product engineering, and now concentrated on AI agents.

TechPavitra Pvt. Ltd. is the registered parent company. TechPavitra Labs is the engineering sub-brand — the thing clients book when they need working code, not pitch decks.

I believe small studios beat big agencies on craft, price, and accountability — but only if they specialize. So we've taken a barbell position: commodity Web & Commerce work priced to feed the funnel, and premium AI Agents work priced where the real margin lives. The squeezed middle we do honestly but quietly.

Every engagement is led by me. I don't farm work out to a bench of anonymous juniors. If you hire TechPavitra Labs, you get me on every status call and my name in every commit.

Lineage. The parent brand, TechPavitra, started as a design and brand studio. Labs is the natural evolution — what the same principal-led studio looks like when the primary deliverable becomes production software and live AI agents, not static assets.

Principal on every engagementNo bait-and-switch. The person who sold the project ships the project.
Fixed ceilingsQuotes are ceilings, not estimates. Overruns are our problem, not yours.
No lock-inYour code in your GitHub org. Your infra in your cloud accounts. Cancel retainers any month.
Written over spokenShort weekly async updates, monthly retainer reports, decision docs for anything important. Meetings are for genuine ambiguity.
Turn down bad-fit workWe'd rather say no than deliver an expensive disappointment. Mostly we say so on the intake call.
Tell you when to stopIf your retainer isn't earning its keep, we'll recommend pausing. Quiet-billing is the fastest way to lose a client forever.
